Please check if the heating button on ro system is lit. If not, press and hold the heating button for 3 seconds to activate the heating mode.
Tips: If the RO has not been used for 48h, the heating mode may sleep for safety and power saving reasons.
If the reverse osmosis system is heating up but cannot reach the preset temperature?
When drawing water multiple times, it takes some time to heat water. Heating button will turn white once the set temperature is reached. (Maximum waiting time is 15 min)
Tips: You can set temperature in advance to obtain hot water without waiting.
Can the WD-KJ600 reverse osmosis system be connected to the MNR35 remineralization filter?
Yes, the ro system can be connected to the MNR filter, but the MNR filter can only be connected to cold water pipe.
Tips: The WD-KJ600 ro system cannot be connected to refrigerator or ice maker.
Will there be hot steam under the sink when the machine starts heating?
The hot steam from the water tank will be directly discharged from the drain pipe, and the system is designed with a thermal insulation cotton to prevent scalding.
